Maithongcharoen MD-019A Panel Moulding, made from 100% Polystyrene (PS). 18.55 mm wide, 12 mm thick, with a smooth factory white finish — ready to use as soon as it is fitted. A small stepped bead moulding for wall frames, decorative lines and joints. Paint over it to match a wall, or leave the factory white as it is.
LENGTH AND HOW IT IS CUT
One set is 3 metres of moulding, cut at the factory. Every option gives the same 3 metres for the same price — only the number of pieces differs.
1M+1M+1M — three pieces, 1 m each. Best for small frames, small rooms, or carrying into a lift. 2M+1M — two pieces, 2 m and 1 m. Best for a tall frame that needs a single join. 1.5M+1.5M — two pieces, 1.5 m each. Best for a medium frame, joined in the middle. Full 3M — uncut, for long runs or cutting on site.
Pick whichever is closest to your frame or wall length: fewer joins, less offcut. Ends are cut square at the factory, so there is nothing to saw on site.

INSTALLATION
Fits masonry, plasterboard and timber walls. Use construction adhesive or decorator's silicone, run as a bead along the length. Press to the wall and hold it temporarily until the adhesive sets. Frame corners are mitred at 45° with a mitre saw or mitre box; it cuts cleanly without chipping.
CUT-TO-SIZE SERVICE
We cut to the lengths you need, so you are not left trimming on site. Send the lengths and quantities in the chat before you pay.
Cut-to-size items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, because a piece cut to your measurements cannot be resold.
