Maithongcharoen DF-100D door sub-frame casing, made from 100% Polystyrene (PS). 100 mm wide, 8 mm thick, with a factory wood-grain finish — no painting needed. It cases the door frame and closes the joint between frame and wall, making an old frame look new without tearing it out.

INSTALLATION
Fits over the existing frame, whether timber or steel. Use construction adhesive, run as a bead along the length, press firmly and hold until the adhesive sets. Cuts cleanly to a mitre without chipping.
SHIPPING
Every length is wrapped for protection before dispatch. If anything arrives damaged in transit, photograph the parcel and the item and tell us within 24 hours of delivery. We replace it straight away.
