Maithongcharoen DF-01 is a ready-made door frame in 100% polystyrene. 100 mm face, 40 mm deep, with an integral door stop, so no separate stop bead is needed. Factory wood finish, no painting. Supplied as a set ready to fit. This is the frame itself, not a casing. It replaces a timber or steel frame outright.

This frame is made in two colours, unlike the skirting and casings, which come in 11.
MATERIAL PROPERTIES PS
100% waterproof. Will not swell or warp, so it suits bathrooms and damp rooms. Termites and borers cannot eat it. It does not rot and needs no yearly repainting. The wood finish is applied at the factory, so it does not peel off in sheets the way overpainting does. Lighter than a solid timber frame and easier to carry upstairs.

INSTALLATION
Measure the opening, width by height, before ordering. Allow about 10 mm each side for mortar or sealant. Fix to the wall with plugs and screws, then close the joint with silicone or a casing. No carpenter needed. A general builder can fit it.
SHIPPING
Every set is wrapped before it goes on the truck. We deliver nationwide. A frame is a long item and needs a truck routed to your province, so tell us where it is going.
